Nobody is Coming to Help You

Nobody is coming to help you, especially not a government that is focused on taking rights away from people. The ONLY way to ensure full freedom is to invest. Don’t like capitalism? Don’t like our for profit system? Too bad. It’s the system. Take advantage of it or you will work until you take your final breath.

Investing isn’t JUST about freedom to retire one day. Investing is about access. The rights we will lose here will be available elsewhere. The skyrocketing healthcare costs at home will be much more affordable elsewhere. But without the means to get there, we lose full access.

I’m not trying to scare anyone, and funny enough, the Doomsday Preppers who built their entire lifestyle around being prepared are usually the ones who tell me I’m being dramatic, that rights are, in fact, not being taken away, and that I’m using scare tactics to get views. But you know the old expression: Better safe than sorry.

When I first started investing over 20 years ago, I invested in the companies I knew, used, and loved. It was that simple. It’s since grown and adapted and I’ve continued to learn and change my strategies. I’m now basically retired. I “work” an hour and a half per week, selling covered calls, which generates me around $1400 a week. Any extra money I have goes into my high quality investments.
